Terms & Conditions
• All frames in the standard range of frames are a standard size (815mmX565mm) & we cut mounts to accomadate shirts ranging from medium to Extra Large. If your shirt exceeds this size contact us before purchasing or revert to the premier collection where each frame is made to order. If a sports shirt has been multi signed and the signatures extend to the sleeves or very edges of the shirt the select range is not suitable, please see the deluxe range of shirt frames.
• Providing that faults are reported within 24hrs of delivery we will endeavour to remedy any problems. Where a frame has been damaged by the carriers we will remedy this as soon as possible and should a replacement frame be required we will endeavour to despatch this within our normal timescales
• When ordering a home DIY shirt frame kit, a full set of instructions will accompany the item. We would ask that you read these in full before beginning the assembly procedure.
• Where a shirt is being sent to Framemaker MK ltd, we recommend using insured post. We will notify you by email of the items arrival along with an expected despatch date. If, for any reason the item has any damage we will notify you of this prior to manufacturing your chosen frame.
• All mount board colours are depicted online in truer form as possible. However Framemaker MK Ltd cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in the colours.
• Framemaker MK Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme circumstances. If your item is required for a deadline date (i.e. gift) please contact us to ensure we can meet your deadlines.
• All orders are subject to availability with the relevant suppliers. No liability can be accepted by Framemaker MK Ltd for any orders unfulfilable due to out of stock or discontinued items. Framemaker will refund any payments received should this situation arise and a suitable alternative not be found.
